Prior to joining Allscope, Carl designed numerous systems including media buy optimization, reach and frequency analytics, broadcast and interactive planning, buying, and traffic management for reputable firms, such as Component Web Services, Eagle Rock Group Companies, COREMedia Systems, and Rosenfeld, Sirowitz, Humphrey & Strauss.
