Carol is Vice President and Director of Allscope’s National TV Broadcast buying unit. Her experience runs the gamut from national and local television buying, to development and stewardship of barter programs, to direct response and per inquiry negotiations for clients, such as National Geographic Channel and Wild, Broadway Nails, Pilot Pens, and Tennis Channel. With more than 20 years of experience in all aspects of broadcast negotiation, Carol has acquired a diverse skill-set and understanding of the industry.

Throughout her career, Carol has worked at some of the most recognized advertising agencies and media companies in the industry, including Ogilvy & Mather, RSH&S, Zenith Media, Bates USA, and WPIX. Her wide-ranging clientele consist of IBM, American Express, Miller Brewing Company, Hyundai, Paramount Pictures, America West Airlines, Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, Food Lion, and the McDonald’s Corporation, only to name a few.
